Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • All our paintings are sold unframed and shipped in a protective shipping tube. Paintings are safely packed with plastic layers in between.
  • All our paintings are shipped by Express Mail Order via EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT or FEDEX.
  • Shipping cost is individual calculated and added to the order based on quantity and shipping location. This method of shipping allow us to sell our oil painting at the lowest wholesale prices.
  • Delivery usually takes 14 days or less, depending on the location and time of year (the Christmas rush often slows things down, for example).
  • You'll receive order tracking number" by e-mail notification once your paintings are dispatched.
  • For big quantity order please refer to our wholesale section. Frames or framed oil paintings are available on wholesale basic to be shipped by sea freight.
  • Framing services for individual item are available for order shipped to Singapore and China.

Sea Freight

  • Sea freight cost is calculated by volume or weight depend on the sea port location.
  • All our paintings are shipped from Xiamen China.
  • There is a Minimum quantity order if you choose your paintings to be shipped by see freight.
  • Shipment lead time is about 17-21 days.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our oil paintings. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with our oil paintings, you can cantact us and return it for up to 10 days for a full refund (excluding the shipping costs or credit card fees, and the painting must be in its original condition) .
